Regular practice builds awareness, steadiness and space for reflection in daily life.
Food, rest, practical habits and a holistic approach to well-being support the practice.
Relief, education, welfare and volunteer efforts put compassion into action.
Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (1921–1990), also known as P. R. Sarkar and affectionately called Baba by his students, founded Ánanda Márga in India in 1955.
His teachings extend across spirituality, education, music, culture and social thought, including the Progressive Utilization Theory (PROUT). The center continues that spirit through practical teaching and service.
